Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped out on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Cat's House of Wax is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged or Lost Packages

While we strive to ensure that your order arrives safely, Cat's House of Wax is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or assistance in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We encourage you to retain all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection.

For lost packages, if tracking information indicates that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, please contact us for further assistance.
